Concert to Go!

The Tippecanoe Chamber Music Society’s educational mission includes Concert to Go!, a program sending small chamber music groups into the elementary schools in Tippecanoe County to perform FREE educational concerts. Our focus is to enhance the music teacher’s curriculum and to reach children who may never have watched anyone play live music. We demonstrate various musical forms and genres, from classical, to ragtime, to popular songs, dynamics and working together. This program is sponsored by grants and individual and corporate donors.

“Thank you so much for getting in contact with me and making time to come and play for our third grade students this morning. I have heard nothing but wonderful praise from both the kids and staff about how perfect the material, speaking, and length was for the students. We would love to have you again next year.” Melissa Polk, West Lafayette Elementary School
