MASTER CLASSES
TCMS is sponsoring a violin master class on February 1, 2008 at Jefferson High School in Lafayette from 8:00-9:30am. Violinist Eric Grossman from New York City will teach the class. The entire orchestra will listen and learn as selected string players will perform for and get critiqued by Mr. Grossman.
PRE-CONCERT LECTURE/DEMO
This season TCMS will offer a short 30 minute lecture/demo from one of the artists on concert day at Duncan Hall. This event is meant as part of our educational outreach to area students - young & old. Information about the concert and music technique will be emphasized. The event will be included in the cost of a concert ticket. Look for more details to come!
